Avoid This Hotel, A Frustrating Experience

I reserved two rooms 30 days in advance and confirmed several times, but upon arrival, they weren't ready. The staff was rude and unhelpful. After a long drive, I found a better hotel nearby for less money. Don't trust their early check-in claim.
